Who is behind BAR BEREIT.?
Adlermühle in Berlin-Mariendorf: an established hospitality business with its own team, restaurant, catering and delivery service. The venue’s tradition dates back to 1909; Ante and Tomislav Milardovic have run it since 2022. You can book the cocktail bar independently of the restaurant and catering.
Can I book just the cocktail bar?
Yes. BAR BEREIT. is requested and booked separately. You do not need a catering package or an event at Adlermühle. You are free to choose your venue and food.
BAR BEREIT. serves external event venues. Celebrations at Adlermühle itself use the restaurant’s own drinks packages.
Do you also offer soft drinks, beer and wine?
Yes. You can request water and soft drinks, draught beer with a tap system, alcohol-free beer, white wine, rosé, red wine and a Prosecco, aperitivo or alcohol-free reception, for example. We confirm varieties, quantities, equipment and service in your personal quote. These items are additional to the cocktail allowance.
How does the drinks allowance work?
We agree a total number of drinks and a price. The agreed cocktails and alcohol-free cocktails all count towards this allowance, as do long drinks and aperitifs from the agreed house menu. Water, soft drinks, beer, wine and welcome drinks are agreed separately with quantities and prices. We ask you in good time whether you would like more. Additional quantities and their price need your approval. Unused quantities are credited only if this is expressly agreed in your quote.
Which long drinks and aperitifs are available?
Gin Tonic, Vodka Lemon, Rum Cola, Whisky Cola, Chivas Cola and Vodka Red Bull. Dry Martini is also available as a cocktail. Aperitifs include Aperol Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, Hugo, Lillet Berry, Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato, Prosecco, Martini Bianco / Martini Rosso, Campari Soda and Negroni. Spritz, Hugo, Lillet Berry and Gin Tonic are also available as alcohol-free versions. Save your favourites from the menu; we confirm selection, brands, allowance and price in your quote.
Do you also offer Mojito and Caipirinha?
Yes. Both are among our 48 menu items and are prepared by hand. We agree a manageable selection for your event so service at the bar runs smoothly.
Can the entire bar be alcohol-free?
Yes, you can request a completely alcohol-free package. All six alcohol-free house cocktails are automatically included in every cocktail package: alcohol-free Bay Breeze, alcohol-free Sea Breeze, Safer Sex on the Beach, Cinderella, alcohol-free Sunrise and Ipanema. They count towards the booked drinks allowance without using an additional selection slot. You can also choose extra alcohol-free favourites: original alcohol-free Lillet Berry, alcohol-free Hugo and Gin Tonic, and an alcohol-free alternative to Aperol Spritz. We agree the specific substitutes and exact selection with you. This does not provide a laboratory-confirmed 0.0% alcohol guarantee or a guarantee of being allergen-free.
What do you need at the venue?
A suitable power supply, a sheltered, level bar area and access for delivery and setup. We agree space, cooling, water supply, stairs and outdoor conditions for your venue before booking. For a tap system, we also agree floor space, power and keg cooling.
How much does the mobile cocktail bar cost?
The event calculator shows your total including 19% VAT, the bar, equipment and calculated staffing. Packages, duration, drink quantities and the tap system update the total immediately. Where special logistics apply, we explicitly show a subtotal only. The estimate is non-binding; you receive a written quote before a binding booking.
Is my date firmly booked after an enquiry?
No. We first check availability and your requirements. Your booking is made only after the quote is agreed and we confirm it in writing.
